1. YWT-series programmable microcomputer-based governor for hydraulic turbine

YWT-series programmable microcomputer-based governor for hydraulic turbine adopts the advanced programmable controlling technology and modern hydraulic technology. Its structure is simple, operation is reliable, arrangement is convenient, and regulation performance is good. It is applicable for the regulating control of hydraulic turbine with the capacity of 500-10,000kW including the types of Francis, Kaplan and Tubular. The main functions include unit’s start/stop, automatic/manual load increase/decrease, unit’s frequency adjustment and fast synchronization and emergency shutdown.


2. HPU (Hydraulic Turbine Operator)

HPU is a reliable manipulator with high-pressure nitrogen accumulator, which is designed and developed as an auxiliary equipment for hydropower station inter-connected to the power grid or small hydropower stations without frequency modulation.



3. TC spring-type energy-storage manipulator for turbine

TC spring-type energy-storage manipulator for turbine is a kind of simple governor designed for small turbines. It works like this, when the wicket gate opens, the spring is compressed and potential energy is reserved. Thus the wicket gate can be safely closed by the stretch of spring. In case of emergency, the manipulator can quickly and safely close the wicket gate with two steps. TC operator is advantaged with low-cost maintenance, no air replenishing, no oil replenishing,  and it can be applicable to the units with the operating power less than 6000 N·m.



4. Microcomputer-based excitation device for low-voltage units

The microcomputer-based excitation device for low-voltage units is developed for low-voltage (less than 400V) synchronous generator. The excitation control core uses the SCM of 80C196KC with 16 bpi which is developed by Intel Company. The excitation device adopts rapid sampling system to realize various functions including: PID, over-excitation limit, over-excitation protection, under-excitation limit and low-frequency protection. The software design could produce one way or multi circuit control pulse and square wave directly.




5. CWZD-1 temperature-measuring and braking panel 

The CWZD-1 temperature-measuring and braking panel consists of temperature displayer, temperature-inspecting instrument, revolving-speed signal device, break-pin signal device and unit braking device. It is used to detect bearing temperature, generator stator temperature and to provide the temperature alarm signal & over-temperature contact. This device could operate the pressurized air source of generator brake through braking the solenoid valve and manifold block.



6. Brushless excitation regulator

The brushless excitation regulator controls the excitation current of brushless excitation synchronous generator set, and is mainly used for the auto-control of small synchronous generator. This regulator can meet the requirement of single-unit operation or synchronization operation. It is reliable and practical, and it has quick response, superb static and dynamic performance, accurate phase shift and high stability. Its detection setting, control setting, regulation setting adopts microcomputer digitization with accurate phase shift and high stability.



7. Microcomputer-based automatic quasi-synchronizing device

HRC-Syn microcomputer-based automatic quasi-synchronizing device is a new type of microcomputer-based digital and fully automatic synchronization device. It can regulate frequency and voltage rapidly, and switch on without impact. It can display PT voltage and frequency of the power grid and the generator. There is an indicator light for synchronizing simulation as to set frequency difference and voltage difference.
