By means of the international channel of HRC, we have wide exchange and cooperation on SHP at home and abroad. We conduct research on hydropower and other renewable energies in cooperation with Zhejiang University, the Second Institute of State Oceanic Administration of China, as well as different government departments and universities in Vietnam, Macedonia, Pakistan and Cuba, etc.
